Come out and join your neighbors for this Year's National Night Out Event ...

  • Tuesday August 7
  • 6:30-8:30 pm
  • Quintessence Park
  • BYOC (Bring your own chair)
  • HEAR and the Quintessence Neighborhood Association will be providing ice cream and drinks, and the APD Horse Patrol will be there from 6:30-7:30.

Upcoming General Membership Meeting - Thursday April 19th, 7:00-8:00 pm

Please join us at the North Domingo Baca Multi Generational Center for our Spring 2018 HEAR General Membership meeting. The planned agenda for the meeting includes:

  • Invited updates from Councillor Winter and our APD NE Area Commander
  • A report on the successful initiative to work with Councillor Winter's office to get exercise equipment for Rotary Park. 
  • A collaborative effort to contribute to securing the gates at Heritage Hills Park.
  • A discussion about a potential neighborhood patrol program
  • Brainstorming any new initiatives for the neighborhood.
  • Any other issues that you would like to discuss. 

The meeting will start at 7:00 and run until 8:00 or so. We will also have a meet and greet during the meeting setup from 6:30-7:00, so come early and get to know your neighbors.

Please come join us for our Fall General Membership meeting of HEAR. 

Our Fall general membership meeting is always an excellent opportunity to come together as a neighborhood and discuss issues of importance to the neighborhood and take care of the business of our Association. Our upcoming membership meeting on

  • Thursday October 19
  • 7:00-8:00 pm
  • At the North Domingo Baca Multi-Generational Center (7521 Carmel Ave. NE) 

will have a full agenda including:

  • HEAR Board Elections
  • A discussion of security and related issues in the neighborhood
  • A discussion of Association dues and neighborhood improvement projects/activities, and
  • Invited updates from Councillor Winter and our new APD NE Area Commander
